It’s been a busy week so far at JFRail!
Earlier in the week we were excited to hold a new project kick-off meeting with NRHS. This new works will look at the St Pancras International Station Control Room and undertake a human factors assessment reviewing the manual tasks completed in control. It will look to make recommendations on how to ensure the control room is efficiently managed, workflow management and task prioritisation. We are really excited to get stuck into the detail and will share more as the project evolves.
We value our kick off meetings as they bring together the project team and stakeholders to establish a clear framework for delivery from the outset.
