Yesterday we kicked off a follow on piece of work with our client GTS Rail Operations Limited building on the Control Floor Plan Optimisation work started earlier in the year. The next exciting piece of work includes developing a first phase of changes to support realising the opportunities for improvements to operational delivery in Romford Control Room. Our team will collectively review current conditions and key communication linkages for information around the layout of the room.
