We are excited to be supporting Network Rail Managed Stations North West on an important customer assistance review project at Manchester Piccadilly and Liverpool Lime Street stations.
By working closely with operational teams and stakeholders, we’re helping to build a clearer understanding of how assistance services are delivered across both stations through data-led analysis, human factors assessment, and on-site engagement. Ultimately, the project is focused on supporting a safe, efficient, and positive experience for customers who rely on assistance services every day, while helping ensure resources are aligned to real operational demand.
