Last week we returned to the Elizabeth line RCC on a site visit to review our earlier Human Factors work and As-Is workstation reports. It was great to catch up with the always welcoming Control room teams from GTS Rail Operations Limited and RfLI.

We continue to work closely with colleagues at GTS and TfL to explore opportunities to improve communications within the room and how they can in turn support better incident and disruption management.

Control Rooms are a passion of ours – we love working with teams to see how we can help them improve how they work through Control room design and practical advice, support around workstation setup to help them to get the most out of their working environment.
